I am getting below error while trying to map my svn user to tfs, please help me

Well, this says that you didn't map PPanade, MRaja, RSakya, VisualSVN Server. did you?

I did mapped them but some how it is not reading them, I got no clue why even I have checked the case sensitivity.
I am attaching my userMap.xml here you can have a look.
Please help me in this as I am totally new to this
