I'm getting error "1 / 50 r1: The given key was not present in the dictionary." during import of project from SVN to TFS 2010. I'm using SVN 1.6.4. Where can be an issue?

It's an already fixed bug, still not deployed: see [workitem:7412]

What if I don't want to import any users? Is it possible?

Or when I do use Windows authentication in SVN? How to create the UserMap file for this?

A version control without any user does not make sense...

Just the same way... You will probably need to prepend the domain name, as usual. Use «Validate SVN» to check for any user mapping problem.

Anyway, if you don't want to build the latest check in, just fix your user map files: as stated in the workitem 7412, the problem about "given key was not present..." is that you did not write your usermap file correctly: consider that users are case *sensitive*.

The suggestion in [workitem:9757] might also be helpful.
