Issue

Ran the utility but it did not succeed. Received the following error:

Exited.

Cause:

Users listed in the usermap file do not match all of the users in SVN.

Resolution:

Check the list of users accessing SVN and make sure that they are all included.
See: Creating the User Map file. for more information.

why i must map all users in svn to tfs user ?
i map my svn user and my account in server of tfs
but still give me the same error
